Money Matters

Financial Planning

There have been far too many people giving advice on how this should be done. In my opinion, there is no one-size-fits-all rule. Check out MoneySmart and SmartWealth for some ideas on how to get started on budgeting. With the recent Financial Planning guide released by MAS, it is also good to check out the various financial management aspects on MoneySense and see if you are on the right track!

Insurance

Use MoneyOwl's Term Life Comparison Table to get a rough gauge of how much you need to pay. Remember, you want to buy as much coverage as you need but pay as little as possible.

Invest

Research has proven that investing in a low-cost diversified fund is the most fuss-free way to grow your wealth in a steady and consistent manner. Partner with a team who has a strong sense of purpose behind what they do!

You cannot measure what you cannot count.
